For Halloween last year, I went as Edward. On this page I will explain how I made my costume, along with some pictures.
The first part I made were the scissorhands. They could have turned out better, but I was on a tight budget. What I did to make them was I took a bunch of plastic silverware and cut off the spoon and fork ends of them, and glued the handles together for the blades. I used plastic knifes for the ends of the blades. I then attached the blades to a pair of gloves. Lastly, I went outside and spraypainted the gloves black, and the blades silver.
For the costume, all I did was get a light grey pair of slacks, a white dress-shirt, some black shoes, and some black suspenders, all from either Goodwill or Wal-Mart. I used some elecrical tape for my neck, which later came off for comfort. Yes, I know I was cheap for making his neighborhood outfit, but I really didn't feel like messing with all of that black leather and stuff. Well, that's me as Edward, hope this helped!
